2. What data we process and why
a) Server log files
When you visit this site, our hosting provider automatically stores information your browser transmits: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type/version, and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the site and ensure security, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is deleted after 30 days.
b) Contact by email
If you contact us by email, the data you provide is processed solely to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and/or (f) GDPR) and deleted once no longer required.
c) Local storage (display preference & consent)
This site stores two small values in your browser’s local storage — your display/invert preference and a record of your cookie-banner choice. These are strictly necessary/functional, contain no personal data, are not transmitted to us or any third party, and are exempt from consent.
3. Fonts
Web fonts (Cormorant Garamond, Space Grotesk) are hosted locally on this server. No connection is made to Google servers and no visitor data is transferred to Google when fonts load.
4. No tracking
This website uses no analytics, no advertising, no social-media plugins, and no third-party tracking. If this changes, this policy will be updated and consent obtained where required.
5. Hosting
This site is hosted by: Mydataknox.hr. The provider processes the data above as our processor under a data-processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). If the provider is outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses) apply.
6. Recipients & transfers
We do not share your personal data with third parties except our hosting provider as described above. No transfer to countries outside the EU/EEA takes place unless stated otherwise above.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (Art. 7(3)). To exercise any right, contact us.
8. Right to complain
You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Croatia this is the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr. You may also contact the authority of your habitual residence.
9. Automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or the law. The current version, dated above, always applies.
